Beyond Birth Mini Day Retreat

Join us for a cozy, nourishing day created to support you as you prepare for life after birth.

This mini retreat is not your typical prenatal retreat. It’s a space to slow down, connect with your inner wisdom, and prepare for postpartum in a truly holistic way—emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

Together, we’ll explore what it means to move beyond birth—through gentle prenatal yoga, meditation, herbal wisdom, and an empowering postpartum education and planning session. You'll leave feeling seen, supported, and more grounded in your vision for the fourth trimester.

You’ll also enjoy warm tea, coffee, light snacks and lunch, community conversation, and a space to just be.
