Cleansing Oil

Oil cleansing not only helps restore your skin's natural balance, but it is also a powerful way of cleansing your skin without stripping it of its natural oils. It's based on the idea that “like dissolves like.” This technique will cleanse dirt, makeup, sweat, oils, and other pollutants. If you're new to oil cleansing, you may experience a bit of a “detox" when starting off. 

Pro tip - this can also be used as a light moisturizer on the body.

Directions: Add a small amount to your hand, and gently massage into your dry face for 1-2 minutes. Remove with a warm, damp towel and follow up with your favorite tallow whip or repeat if make-up is not completely removed.

Ingredients:

• Organic jojoba oil - Closely matches our own skin sebum and contains Vitamins E & A to aid in healing skin.
• Organic calendula - Calendula has antifungal, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial properties which help aid in soothing irritated skin and promote collagen production.
• Organic lavender - Lavender soothes and calms irritated skin and supports a healthy microbial balance. It’s commonly used to improve acne or itchy, dry skin.
• Organic chamomile - Chamomile is anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory. It helps calm irritated skin.
• Organic rose - Rose will help your skin retain moisture and balance sebum production and tighten pores.
• Organic rose hip -  Rose hip oil will brighten your skin as well as inflammation of the skin.
• Castor oil - Castor oil is a natural  natural humectants which will help the skin retain moisture. Not only does it contain proteins that stimulate collagen production, but it also has anti-oxidant and anti-bacterial properties to help prevent wrinkles & fight acne.
