Coolyte Tea

Looking for a way to stay cool and hydrated during this summer heat? Coolyte will help you do just that.  The longer it steeps, the more nutrients you'll draw out of the nettle. Try doing a tea infusion by filling a large jar with a couple tbsp of tea then filling the rest of the jar with water. Allow it to sit in the sunlight for some sun tea or place it in on the counter overnight. Aim for a minimum of 6 hours, but try for 12 hours.
