Digest Ease was created to help aid you with digestive issues such as bloating, nausea, gas, indigestion or upset stomach. This blend can be used during pregnancy and postpartum.

If you are breastfeeding, the tea contains peppermint and fennel. Peppermint is a drying herb while fennel seed promotes milk production. Everyone is different. Some may notice a change in milk supply while others do not.
