Lymph Love Tincture

The lymphatic system is a network of channels that carry cellular waste from tissues and organs to the kidneys, skin, and bowels which is where the toxins will be expelled from the body.   

If we are sick, injured or stagnant, our lymph system is weakened. This tincture enhances the movement of the lymph nodes, supports the immune system and encourages the removal of toxins. 

Lymph nodes are located all throughout the body, but there are 6 main points that are referred to as, "The Big 6":

1. Above the collar bones
2. Behind the jawline under the ears
3. Armpit area where the arm meets the torso
4. Stomach
5.  Groin 
6.  Behind the knees

Tinctures can also be used topically. If you choose to do so, try to target "The Big 6".

Use:
Shake well. Take 6-8 pumps 1-3 times a day or as needed, on its own or by adding to water, juice, or tea.
