A Planning & Education Class for Life Beyond Birth
Birth is just the beginning.
The real journey starts when you come home with your baby—and we believe every family deserves to feel prepared, supported, and cared for long after the birth day is over.
That’s why we created Prepared for Postpartum, an in-person class designed for expectant moms and their partners or support people to step into the fourth trimester with clarity, confidence, and connection.
This isn’t just information—it’s interactive, practical, and focused on building your unique postpartum plan together.

A Little About Us
Hi, I’m Kaitlyn Grace! I hold a Master of Arts in Physical Activity & Health, and I’m both a certified doula and a certified prenatal yoga teacher.
My background blends evidence-based education, mindful movement, and the power of community. I believe motherhood was never meant to be done alone, and I’m passionate about helping women and couples feel grounded, confident, and connected as they prepare for birth and beyond.
Alongside this class, I also offer prenatal and postnatal yoga, labor & birth prep classes, as well as 1:1 coaching to support you in clarifying your vision, aligning with your values, advocating for yourself, choosing a provider who truly supports your goals, and practicing practical tools and techniques from pregnancy to postpartum and beyond—so you always have a steady guide through every stage of your motherhood journey.
I truly believe (and the research also says!) that birth is the beginning, postpartum is forever, and grace is how we meet it. This is the heart of matrescence—the powerful transformation of becoming a mother.
